My experience spanned several key departments, including Injection Moulding, Tool Shop, and Assembly Shop. As a Quality Intern in the Moulding Department, I was responsible for assessing the quality of manufactured parts under the guidance of the Quality Manager. In the Tool Shop, I gained hands-on experience in CNC and EDM labs, as well as with milling and lathe machines. During my time in the Assembly Shop, I focused on calculating OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), implementing 5S principles, and adhering to ISO standards. Additionally, I observed the manufacturing processes for various products such as shower washes, spinners, air dryers, washers, and dryers.
