What do you need to start?
I need your website URL, temporary WordPress admin access, the pages you want redesigned, your logo/brand details if available, and any example websites you like.
Can you redesign my full WordPress website?
Yes, depending on the number of pages and current website condition. The Premium package covers up to 5 pages. For larger websites, please message me for a custom quote.

This gig mainly uses your existing content. I may make light wording improvements where needed, but full copywriting is not included unless agreed before ordering.
Will you provide images, icons, or graphics?
I can use your existing images and free stock/icon resources where suitable. Premium custom graphics, paid stock images, logo design, or brand design are not included.
Can you improve my contact or enquiry flow?
Yes. I can improve CTA placement, contact sections, form visibility, booking links, WhatsApp/call buttons, and basic enquiry flow depending on your package.
Do you provide hosting, domain, or paid plugins?
No. Hosting, domain, premium themes, and paid plugin licenses are not included. If a paid tool is needed, I will let you know before using it.
What if my website has technical issues before redesign?
If your site has plugin errors, malware, hosting problems, or broken functionality, those may need to be fixed first or quoted separately before redesign work begins.
