I will need the API documentation for the third-party system, a clear mapping of the data fields you wish to sync, and "Integration-level" credentials for the development instance. If you have a MID Server, I will need access to configure the connection.
Do you use hard-coded scripts or OOB tools like IntegrationHub?
My priority is always Out-of-the-Box (OOB) stability. I build using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub whenever possible to ensure your integration survives future ServiceNow upgrades. If a custom script is required, it will be modular, commented, and follow architectural best practices.
