I will build secure, scalable servicenow integrations and spokes

About this gig
Stop building "brittle" integrations that break with every ServiceNow patch. Most developers create one-off scripts that lead to technical debt. As a Senior Architect with 20+ years of technical experience, I build secure, scalable, and Xanadu/Washington-ready integrations designed for long-term stability.
I specialize in IntegrationHub Flows and Custom Spokes that follow OOB best practices. Whether you are connecting to Jira, Azure DevOps, Slack, or a proprietary REST API, I ensure your "handshake" is architected for zero-failure.
What I Offer:
- Secure Architecture: Expert setup of OAuth 2.0, Mutual TLS, and API Keys.
- Robust Data Flow: Bi-directional syncing with advanced error-handling and retry logic.
- MID Server Orchestration: Securely connecting on-premise systems to your cloud instance.
- Performance-First Design: Optimized REST/SOAP calls to ensure zero lag and high semaphore efficiency.
- Technical Documentation: Full TDD (Technical Design Documents) for seamless internal hand-off.
Don't risk your instance security or upgrade path with unoptimized code. Lets build a bridge that lasts.

FAQ
What do I need to provide for the integration to begin?
I will need the API documentation for the third-party system, a clear mapping of the data fields you wish to sync, and "Integration-level" credentials for the development instance. If you have a MID Server, I will need access to configure the connection.
Do you use hard-coded scripts or OOB tools like IntegrationHub?
My priority is always Out-of-the-Box (OOB) stability. I build using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub whenever possible to ensure your integration survives future ServiceNow upgrades. If a custom script is required, it will be modular, commented, and follow architectural best practices.
Can you handle integrations with on-premise systems behind a firewall?
Yes. For secure, on-premise connections, I configure and optimize MID Servers. I ensure the communication between your internal network and the ServiceNow cloud is secure, using appropriate certificates and encryption protocols.
What happens if the third-party API is down?
My "Standard" and "Premium" builds include error-trapping and retry logic. Instead of the integration simply failing, the system will log the error and attempt to re-send or re-sync based on a defined architectural strategy, ensuring no data loss during downtime.
