I write long-form content for B2B SaaS companies, nonprofits, and higher education. Most of it is thought leadership and SEO/AEO articles, and a good deal of it is ghostwritten. I've written for publications like The Chronicle of Higher Education and The Chronicle of Philanthropy, and ghostwritten articles and guides for major SaaS and tech brands across HR tech, productivity, e-commerce, and DevOps. However technical the topic, my job is to get properly into it and explain it in clear, human language that gets readers to understand, care, and act. Apart from writing, I use my project and campaign management experience to shape a stronger content strategy too.
