Does a GDD need to be all text?
No! There is of course a minimum amount of text required to explain concepts. However GDDs only consisting of walls of texts are relics from the past. Now given the scope of a document you will find more graphics and diagrams incorporated.
Can i bring in my own ideas?
Of course! In the end this GDD is for your and your team. The more i can involve you in the process the happier both parties will be in the end.
