Hi, I'm Julio, a Houston-based web designer and developer. I hand-code every site from scratch: no page builders, no bloated templates, just fast, clean code that loads in under a second. My studio NexLoft has three production sites live right now: Terra Kreations (custom apparel shop with a built-in product designer), OMG Carne Seca (bilingual storefront), and Magical Internet Money (a brand with 30,000+ orders shipped). I founded NexLoft, a Houston web studio, and I build and maintain every client site myself: hand-coded HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP, no page builders. Three production sites are live today, including a bilingual storefront with an interactive product designer and a food brand with a custom order flow and admin dashboard. I design, build, launch, and then stay on for maintenance, working in English and Spanish.
