What counts as one issue?
One issue means one clearly defined problem, such as a broken layout, spacing or alignment problem, mobile responsiveness issue, button/link problem, or a specific Elementor/Divi display issue. Multiple unrelated problems may require the Standard or Premium package.
Should I contact you before placing an order?
For small and clearly defined issues, you can order directly. For complex issues or if you're unsure which package fits your problem, please message me first with the website URL, screenshots and a short description of the issue.
What access will you need?
Depending on the issue, I may need temporary WordPress administrator access. For certain technical issues, hosting or file access may also be required. I will only request the access necessary to diagnose and complete the agreed work.
Can you fix Elementor and Divi responsive issues?
Yes. I can troubleshoot Elementor and Divi layout and responsiveness issues across desktop, tablet and mobile, including spacing, alignment, sizing, visibility and other front-end display problems.
Do you provide premium themes or plugin licenses?
No. If the fix requires a premium theme or plugin such as Elementor Pro or Divi, you should already have a valid license or provide the required licensed access. I do not provide nulled or unauthorized software.
