I set up an AI email assistant in n8n that reads new emails in Gmail or Outlook, sorts them by priority, adds labels and writes draft replies with Claude AI for you to review.
Drafts are saved for your approval first. Every setup is tested on sample emails before delivery.

Which inboxes can you set up?
Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Zoho Mail. Other IMAP inboxes depend on provider support and the features required. Message me to confirm compatibility and whether you need one inbox or two.
Can you sort and label my emails?
Yes. Priority categories such as urgent, client, lead, support and newsletter, with Gmail labels or Outlook folders and alerts. Claude AI and n8n process new emails according to the rules we agree on.
Can Claude write draft replies?
Yes. Claude writes draft replies in your tone and saves them as Gmail or Outlook drafts for your review, using FAQs from Google Docs or Sheets. Auto-send is only for clear rules we agree on.
Can I get a daily digest and alerts?
Yes. Depending on your package and agreed scope, I can add a daily digest, important-email alerts to Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp or Teams, email logging to Sheets or Airtable, and lead capture in HubSpot.
Is it safe, and what do you not do?
Software setup only. I use your Google or Microsoft app credentials in your n8n, never your password. Email text goes to your Anthropic API account. Claude can mislabel emails, so I test samples and keep drafts first. You can remove my access after delivery.
