What access do you need from me?
Usually access to your hosting panel (cPanel, Plesk, etc.) or your domain registrar. You can create a temporary user for me and remove it after delivery.
What if the problem comes back?
If the same issue returns within 7 days of delivery, I'll fix it again at no extra cost.
Will my website go offline while you work?
No, in most cases. I make a backup first, and if a change needs a short downtime I'll tell you before and do it at the time you choose.
