Need WooCommerce or WordPress to do one thing it doesn't do out of the box? I can build that as a small plugin.
I build WordPress plugins. Three of mine are live on wordpress.org: an events calendar, a bookings plugin and live USPS shipping rates for WooCommerce.
Things I can build for you:

You get it as a normal plugin you own, so a theme update won't wipe it out. It follows WordPress coding standards, with no bloat and no upsells inside.

Do I own the code?
Yes. You get the full plugin and its source code, yours to keep and change.
Will it break when I update WordPress or my theme?
It's a standalone plugin, so a theme change doesn't touch it, and it's built on WordPress's standard APIs. If a WordPress update breaks it within 30 days of delivery, I fix it free.
Do you need access to my site?
A staging copy or a temporary admin account. I never work on your live site without a backup first.
What if my idea is bigger than Premium?
Message me what you need and I'll quote it as a custom offer.
