Provided high quality customer service in the Cable TV industry for the past 25 years. A total of 17 years as a field tech and supervisor, and currently 8+ years as a Tier 3 Internet Repair representative. The same quality customer service that I intend to carry into my relationships with my Fiverr family. I also sing as a bass in a Barbershop Chorus for the last 13 years and in a Barbershop Quartet. My desire is to launch a lucrative VO business from home. I have good vocal quality, and attention to detail. I am an Army Veteran with 10 years of service.
