FAQ
Does your package includes hosting and domain charges?
No, You should have a domain and hosting subscription already done or I can also help you setting that up so you can contact me for that, these are solely my design and development charges.
Will you write the content for website?
This is not a content creation gig. All website content must be provided by the client. If content is not ready, I will use ChatGPT-generated placeholder text, which you can easily replace later. Copywriting and content writing are not included.
Do you provide the licenses for the Themes and Plugins that you use in the website?
No. If a premium theme or plugin is required, you must purchase it separately for lifetime updates and support. None of my packages include premium licenses. I primarily use free themes and build custom websites.
Do you also design the graphics to be used on the website?
This is a WordPress gig and not a Graphic design gig so all the graphics to be used on the website will either have to be provided by the buyer or will have to charged separately for, whichever the buyer sees fit.
What if some issue comes in website after completion of order? Will you make revisions?
If you face any issues, please contact me within 14 days of delivery, and I will resolve them as soon as possible. Free revisions within the project scope are available during this period only. I am not responsible for issues reported after this timeframe.
What happens if I lose my website or accidentally delete part of my website by mistake?
Unfortunately, I cannot accept responsibility for the loss of your website due to user error or malfunctioning plugins/files that have been installed after the delivery of your website.
What are the ongoing costs to keep my website live?
1. Domain: $10/year. (client-managed). 2. Hosting: $4–$10/month (client-managed). 3. Elementor Pro: Free for the first year. After that, $30/year for renewal. Except for Basic Package. 4. Additional Plugins: Must be purchased by you under your account.
Will you provide a website guide or tutorial?
Yes, I offer a Personalized Website Tutorial as an add-on service. It includes a custom video or document guide to help you easily manage, update, and maintain your website without needing ongoing developer assistance.
Is the blog setup included in all packages?
No, the blog setup is not included in the Basic and Standard Package — it’s available as a separate add-on service. Please read each package description carefully to understand what’s included. If you have any questions, contact me before placing your order for clarification.
Can you migrate or transfer my existing blog to the new website?
Blog migration is not included in my website design packages. However, I offer a Blog Migration / Transfer Service as an add-on, which safely moves your posts, images, and formatting to your new site without losing SEO or layout quality.
