About this gig
Is your WordPress website showing errors, breaking after an update, or not loading at all? I find the root cause and fix it properly, so the same problem doesn't come back next week.
With 6+ years of hands-on WordPress experience, I fix everything from a single broken button to a website that's completely down.
WHAT I FIX:
- Critical errors and white screen of death
- HTTP 500, 503, 403 and database connection errors
- Plugin and theme conflicts after updates
- Broken layouts on mobile, tablet or desktop
- Elementor, Divi and page builder issues
- Contact form and SMTP emails not sending
- Login, redirect loop and permalink problems
- Slow loading speed and poor performance
- Malware removal and hacked site recovery
- WooCommerce cart, checkout and payment errors
- PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript bugs
- Website migration and hosting moves
HOW I WORK:
- Full backup before any change
- Root-cause fixes, not temporary patches
- Clear updates at every step
- Fast turnaround on urgent issues
- Free support after delivery
- No fix, no charge
Not sure what's wrong? Send me your website URL and a short description of the issue. I'll confirm the fix and the exact price before you order.

FAQ
Can I get multiple issues fixed in the Basic package?
Basic covers one small issue. If you have several, send me the list and I'll bundle them into one custom offer, usually cheaper than ordering separately.
What if you can't fix my issue?
If I can't resolve your issue, you don't pay. I'll explain what I found and cancel the order for a full refund through Fiverr. No fix, no charge.
Which package should I choose?
Message me with your issue before ordering. I'll check it and recommend the package that fits, so you never pay for more than you need.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your website URL, a short description or screenshots of the issue, and WordPress admin access. Please create a temporary admin account for me and delete it after delivery. If your dashboard is down, I'll also need hosting or FTP access.
How fast will my issue be fixed?
Most small issues are fixed within 24 hours. If your website is down or losing sales, tell me and it gets top priority. I'll confirm the exact timeline before you order.
Is my website data safe?
Yes. I take a full backup before making any change, so your site can be restored at any point. I only work on the issue you ordered and never touch anything else.
Do you fix WooCommerce and Elementor issues?
Yes. I fix WooCommerce cart, checkout and payment errors, plus layout and functionality issues in Elementor, Divi and other page builders.
Can you fix a hacked or malware-infected site?
Yes. I remove the malware, clean hidden backdoors, update vulnerable plugins and themes, and harden security. I'll also tell you which passwords to change so the attack can't repeat.
Will the same problem come back?
I fix the root cause, not just the symptom. After delivery, I explain what caused the issue and how to prevent it, and you get free support if anything related comes up.

Ongoing collaborationI saw a Fiverr ad on social media that read something like, "This is how I sleep knowing a Fiverr seller is working on my project." And I thought about how true this is when working with Jehan. As a repeat client, I came to him with another request, gave him my brief, and I stepped away. 24 hours later....another excellent delivery!
