Connect Shopify to your existing CRM and reduce manual data entry.
I build integrations using Shopify GraphQL APIs, webhooks, Node.js and TypeScript.
PACKAGE SCOPE
Basic: Connect one Shopify webhook event to one existing CRM API endpoint, including signature validation and testing.
Standard: One-way Shopify-to-CRM sync for orders OR customers, with up to 10 mapped fields.
Premium: One-way Shopify-to-CRM sync for orders AND customers, with up to 20 mapped fields total, duplicate handling, retries and logs.
All packages cover one Shopify store and one existing CRM with a documented, accessible API. A mapped field is an agreed data attribute, such as email or phone; it is not a limit on the number of customers or orders. Record volume must be agreed before ordering.
Source code, code comments, testing and setup notes are included.
New CRM development, direct database integration, two-way sync and historical imports require a custom offer. Hosting and third-party fees are not included.

Can you integrate Shopify with my existing CRM?
Yes, provided your CRM has a documented API and the necessary access permissions. Please contact me before ordering so I can review compatibility, required fields and synchronization volume.
What is included in each package?
Basic connects one Shopify webhook event to one existing CRM endpoint. Standard syncs orders OR customers with up to 10 mapped fields. Premium syncs orders AND customers with up to 20 fields total, duplicate handling, retries and logs. Each package covers one store and one CRM.
What does the mapped field limit mean?
A mapped field is a data attribute transferred to your CRM, such as email, phone or order total. Standard includes up to 10 fields; Premium includes up to 20 across orders and customers. These limits refer to data attributes, not the number of records. Record volume is agreed before ordering.
Does the integration sync data in both directions?
No. The listed packages transfer data from Shopify to your CRM. Changes made in the CRM are not sent back to Shopify. Two-way synchronization requires a custom offer.
Can you import existing customers and historical orders?
Yes, as a separately scoped service. Historical imports are not included in these packages. Pricing depends on record volume, data mapping and API limits.
Will I receive the source code, and is hosting included?
All packages include source code, code comments, testing and setup notes. Hosting, third-party subscriptions and ongoing maintenance are not included. Deployment can be quoted separately.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers adjustments to the agreed integration and field mapping within the original scope. Additional events, fields, systems or new features require a separate quote.
