At QuixTech Solutions, I worked as a Web Developer building custom websites and online stores for all kinds of clients, from scrappy startups to well-established businesses. Whatever their goals were, my job was to turn them into a site that actually worked well: fast, easy to use, and built to grow with them. I got to work across a bunch of platforms, including WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and BigCommerce, which kept things interesting since no two projects were ever quite the same. I teamed up closely with designers, project managers, and the clients themselves to take business requirements and turn them into real, responsive, SEO-friendly websites. A big chunk of my work was building out custom WooCommerce stores with more advanced stuff under the hood, like payment gateways, shipping setups, membership systems, product configurators, quotation tools, inventory management, and custom plugins when off-the-shelf solutions just didn't cut it. On the Shopify side, I customized themes, built new sections from scratch using Liquid, tracked down tricky store issues, and fine-tuned storefront performance to help boost conversions.
