Do I need my own Squarespace plan?
Yes. Your site runs on your own Squarespace plan, and I recommend one that fits your needs, such as a store or bookings. Plans and prices change, so check Squarespace’s pricing page. I can build while you’re on a free trial.
Will you build from scratch or use a template?
I start from a Squarespace 7.1 design and customize it with Fluid Engine to match your brand, layout, fonts and colors. You get a site that looks unique, not a default template.
Can you connect my domain?
Yes. I can connect a domain you own or help you set up a new one. DNS changes can take 24 to 72 hours to show. If you’re replacing an old site, I can add 301 redirects to protect your rankings.
What SEO setup is included?
Page titles, meta descriptions, clean URLs, image alt text, a sitemap check and Google Analytics connection. I set up the foundations, but rankings depend on content and competition, so I can’t promise a position.
Can you add a store or bookings?
Yes, in the Premium package, or as an extra. I can set up Squarespace Commerce with products, shipping and payments, or bookings with Acuity Scheduling. Tell me what you sell before ordering.
What do you need from me?
Your business details, logo, brand colors, text and photos, plus two or three sites you like. Invite me as an admin or contributor in Squarespace. Never share your password.
Can I edit the site myself afterwards?
Yes. Squarespace is easy to manage, and I build with simple sections you can update yourself. A short video tutorial is available as an extra.
What is not included?
Logo design, professional copywriting, photography, custom-coded features and ongoing maintenance are not included. I can use your content or Squarespace’s AI text tools as a starting point.
