How quickly can the video be delivered?
I do my best to deliver before the deadline, but cannot guarantee it. Expedited delivery is available as a "gig extra" that can be added at checkout.
What equipment do you have?
I have the latest version of iPhone Pro, in addition to professional level, high-end, camera, studio lighting, and audio gear. I use whatever I feel fits the individual project best, however you may request only professional, high-end, gear be used for an additional fee.
Are B-Roll shots included?
B-Roll shots are available for an additional fee.
Will you do a review for my product on Amazon or elsewhere?
Reviews are done solely at Creator's discretion and will be honest reviews. If I do not enjoy a product, I will let you know privately.
Will my products be returned?
In most circumstances, no, your product will not be returned. Please reach out if you'd like to arrange return for a Shipping & Handling fee.
Can we conduct a consultation before filming?
