App Testing Specialist 12 And 20 Testers for Google Play Closed Testing
About this Gig
What is usability testing? Usability testing checks whether real users can navigate an app or website without confusion, hesitation, or drop-off, before launch.
I provide usability testing, device testing, and user feedback for mobile apps and websites, covering Android, iOS, and desktop.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
- Usability testing: identifies confusing flows, unclear CTAs, and first-impression friction
- Device testing: real Android, iOS, and desktop coverage, not a single device
- User feedback: documents exactly where a real user hesitates, misreads, or gives up
WHY USABILITY TESTING MATTERS
An app can have zero crashes and still lose users. Crash logs don't show friction. Usability testing finds the confusion that crash reports miss.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
A usability testing report showing what confused testers, what they expected instead, and evidence (screenshots or screen recordings) for each issue.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Founders, product teams, and developers who want user testing and device testing completed before an app or website launch.

FAQ
I've had my app "tested" before and got a report that was just opinions, no real proof. How is this different?
Fair to be skeptical. Every finding comes with evidence, screenshots or recordings, plus exactly what confused the tester and why. Not vibes, not guesses, actual proof you can hand to your team.
What if you find issues that are actually just my design choice, not a real problem?
I flag friction, not taste. If something's intentional and still works for real users, I'll say so. I'm not here to push my opinion on your design, only where users genuinely get stuck.
My app already looks polished. Won't this just be a list of nitpicks that don't really matter?
Polish and usability aren't the same thing, that gap is exactly what I test for. If nothing meaningful comes up, you'll know your app genuinely holds up, that's valuable too.
I'm not a designer, what if I don't understand or agree with your feedback?
Every issue includes what a real user expected versus what happened, plain language, no jargon. If something's unclear, message me, I'll walk you through the reasoning.
How do I know you're testing like a real confused user, not just clicking through like you already know the app?
I approach it fresh, the way a first time user would, not with insider knowledge of your app's logic. That's the whole point, catching what you can't see anymore because you built it.
What exactly does this usability testing service check?
Tests for navigation flow, CTA clarity, first impression friction, and cross device consistency (Android, iOS, desktop), are conducted and then reported where real users hesitate, misread, or drop off, with screenshot or recording evidence.
