I provide comprehensive book formatting and publishing preparation services for independent authors, writers, coaches, entrepreneurs, and self-publishers. I work with a wide range of projects, including novels, memoirs, self-help books, biographies, Christian books, educational materials, children's books, guides, workbooks, and other fiction and nonfiction publications. My responsibilities include converting and preparing manuscripts for Kindle ebooks, digital publications, paperback editions, and Amazon KDP. I also handle professional manuscript formatting, ebook formatting, paperback interior layout, page numbering, margins, spacing, font consistency, paragraph styles, chapter openings, title pages, copyright pages, table of contents preparation, and general document organization. I review completed layouts carefully to identify issues such as awkward page breaks, inconsistent spacing, misplaced headings, blank pages, alignment problems, and other presentation issues. Alongside formatting, I provide proofreading and final quality checks to help ensure that the manuscript is clean before publication. I prepare files according to the author's intended publishing format and help clients understand the technical requirements involved in preparing their books for digital and print distribution. I also provide publishing support for authors who are new to self-publishing and need assistance understanding the steps involved in preparing a book for KDP. I work independently with authors, writers, coaches, entrepreneurs, and self-publishers to transform rough drafts and completed manuscripts into polished, professional books. I specialize in fiction and nonfiction editing, providing developmental editing, copy editing, line editing, proofreading, and comprehensive manuscript reviews based on each author's specific needs. My work involves reviewing manuscripts for grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, word choice, clarity, consistency, tone, pacing, organization, and overall readability.
