About this gig
I optimize your existing WordPress site for real speed gains and GDPR friendly tracking. No page builders, clean and lean code.
What I do:
Audit and quick wins, caching setup, minify and defer, local fonts, WebP image pipeline, lazyload, preload and preconnect. I set a consent banner that blocks third party scripts until the user agrees. Google Fonts and Google Maps load only after consent. For accessibility I cover essentials such as contrast, visible focus and keyboard navigation in the Premium plan. I measure before and after with Lighthouse or PageSpeed and provide a short report or Loom video.
Typical targets under fair conditions:
Standard aims for mobile Lighthouse around 90 with an LCP near 1.8 s. Premium aims for mobile 95 with an LCP near 1.5 s. Heavy third party scripts, large videos or weak hosting can limit scores. I propose alternatives when something slows the site. This is not legal advice. I implement technical best practices for GDPR and TTDSG.
