FAQ
Do I need to purchase commercial rights?
If you plan to use the voice over to promote your brand or business, you must purchase Commercial Rights. If you purchase broadcast rights, you do not need to purchase commercial rights. Contact me with any questions.
Do i need to purchase broadcast rights?
If you plan to use the voice over to promote a brand or business on a paid broadcast platform (radio, television, internet, etc.) you must purchase Broadcast rights. If you purchase broadcast rights, you do not need to purchase commercial rights. Contact me if you have any questions
When will I receive my order?
My standard delivery time is 1 day. This covers a basic voice over of up to 1,000 words. Longer scripts or projects that require extra treatment may require additional days.
What is your revision policy?
I provide one free revision with each order in the event that you would like to change the direction, tone, or re-word the script. If I make a mistake, I will correct it free of charge, and it does not count as a revision. If you need more revisions, please purchase them when you book the gig.
Do you do accents?
My normal speaking voice is neutral American that can sometimes skew slightly southern. I'm comfortable doing both. If you have another accent you'd like me to try, I'm happy to do so!
What is your communication process?
I will reach out once you've submitted your script and I've reviewed it. I will also let you know when I start working on your voiceover. If I have any questions as I'm working on it, I will contact you as appropriate. Once complete, I will submit the final product via Fiverr's delivery system.
What time zone are you in?
I'm in the US Central Time Zone.
Do you offer expedited delivery?
In many instances, I can finish your project in as little as 12 hours. If you need a voice over this quickly, contact me ahead of time to confirm that my schedule will accommodate this timeline.
Do you offer script proofreading?
Scriptwriting is outside the scope of this gig. If you require this service, please contact me before booking the gig.
Do you time sync audio to video?
Yes! If this is what you need, please select it in the gig extras when you order. This is a time-consuming process and will add days to your delivery time. It is all dependent on the length of your project.
