I will claude code for your team with custom agents and skills

About this gig
Most teams install Claude Code, use it as a chat window, and conclude it is overrated. The gap between that and a properly configured setup is enormous and it is entirely configuration.
WHAT I SET UP
· Project memory that actually reflects your codebase, so the agent stops guessing your conventions
· Custom subagents for the work you repeat: review, migration, test writing, research
· Skills that encode your team's real procedures instead of generic advice
· Hooks that enforce your rules automatically formatting, tests, forbidden patterns
· MCP connectors so the agent reaches your tracker, your database, your internal API
· Permission boundaries, so it moves fast without touching what it should not
WHY ME
This is my daily working environment, not a topic I researched for the gig. I ship client software with this stack every day, and I have built production MCP servers including a full Teamwork connector driving an entire project from the terminal. I also train: 7 business and engineering schools, France Travail, Collège Numérique France 2030.
Tell me your stack and the three tasks eating your team's week. I will tell you which ones an agent should own.

FAQ
Claude Code or Codex?
Both, and often together — they have different strengths. I will set up whichever your team already pays for, and tell you honestly where the other one is better.
Do you need access to our private repository?
Not necessarily. I can work from a redacted sample or a video walkthrough, or on a branch with limited scope. Whatever your security policy allows.
Will this actually change anything?
The measurable change comes from subagents, skills and hooks — not from the install. That is why the basic package is the smallest useful step and most teams take the standard one.
