Where do I ship my products?
You will ship them to my private studio in South Korea. I will provide the exact shipping address and details once we discuss your project via message. Please message me first!
When does the delivery time start?
The countdown for the project delivery time only begins after I physically receive your product in my studio, not when the order is placed. To avoid late delivery penalties, please do not purchase the gig until the product has safely arrived.
Do you return the products after the photoshoot?
Yes, if you need the product back, please include a pre-paid return shipping label inside the package. Otherwise, the products will be securely stored for 14 days and then discarded.
Can I request specific props or background colors?
Absolutely! Please share your reference images or mood board before ordering. I can provide standard props (acrylic rods, blocks, basic elements). However, if you need highly specific or expensive props, an additional fee may apply.
Can you shoot products with models?
Currently, I specialize in high-end still-life, flat lay, and lifestyle setups without human models. Hand modeling can be provided if discussed in advance.
