Hiver, Missive, Front, Help Scout, Drag, Sortd and Groove: shared inboxes for support, sales and info addresses, with users, roles and permissions for each.
Can you use the built-in options?
Yes. Microsoft 365 shared mailboxes and Google Groups collaborative inboxes, with members, permissions, send-as rights and aliases. Your provider subscription and licensing requirements still apply.
Can you set up assignments and rules?
Yes. Assignment rules, tags and labels, internal notes, status tracking and auto-assign with Hiver, Missive, Front and Help Scout, so each message has one owner.
Can you set up templates and auto-replies?
Yes. Reply templates, auto-replies, notification settings, signatures per inbox and team permissions with Hiver, Missive, Front, Help Scout, Outlook and Gmail.
What do you not do?
Software setup only. I do not read or answer your emails, and I never need your password, only admin access you can remove after delivery. Plan fees are paid to each vendor from your own account.
