Most small errors are a same-day fix. Standard delivery is 1–2 days depending on the package, and I offer a rush option if your site is down and you need it back immediately.
What do you need from me to start?
Your WordPress admin login, or hosting/cPanel access. If you're locked out completely, just give me your hosting details and I'll work from there. I'll send a simple list once we start.
What if you can't fix it?
That's rare, but if I genuinely can't resolve the issue I'll tell you upfront before any charge stands. I'll also explain what's going on so you know your options.
