What tools do you recommend?
Whatever fits your business, not whatever is trendy. I work primarily with Make.com, Claude AI, Airtable, and the apps you already use like Gmail, Google Sheets, your CRM, and your calendar.
How do we schedule the Zoom call?

No. This Gig covers workflow mapping, strategy, and your written automation roadmap. The Premium package includes a build-ready blueprint for your first automation, but the actual Make.com build is a separate project. If you hire me for the build within 30 days, I credit this Gig fee toward it.
