Absolutely amazing service! They managed to secure a reservation for us at the Pokémon Café, even though it seemed completely impossible for us to get one ourselves. Even in the event where both the Tokyo and Osaka locations of Pokemon Cafe were closing for a good portion of my stay, Jesica secured a time at the Osaka location that works for me and my party!
