What information do you need to start?
Product name/link/photos, target price, order quantity, and any specific requirements (materials, certifications, packaging, destination).
Can you visit the factory in person?
Yes. I do on-site factory visits and audits. For distant regions I arrange remote video verification with the factory or I will go to factory for extra fee.
Do you handle shipping and customs?
I coordinate with the supplier and freight forwarder to arrange shipment and Incoterms. Shipping cost is separate and quoted based on your destination — I help you compare forwarder options.
Can you really negotiate a lower price?
Yes. I build a cost-breakdown analysis and negotiate directly with factories in Chinese, which usually gets better pricing than negotiating in English. You get the real factory price.
Is your English good enough?
Yes — I'm TEM-8 certified (full professional English proficiency), so our communication will be clear and fluent with no misunderstandings.
