FAQ
Do you need my passwords?
No. I'll ask you to add me as a user in Klaviyo and as a staff member or collaborator in Shopify. Never share passwords with anyone.
Do I need a Klaviyo account already?
Yes. If you don't have one, I'll guide you through creating it, then set everything up.
Does this work with platforms other than Shopify?
My packages are built for Shopify. If you use something else, message me before ordering.
What is domain authentication and why does it matter?
It proves your emails really come from you. Without it, more of your emails land in spam, and with it they are far more likely to reach the inbox
Do you write custom email copy?
Flows come with ready-to-edit starter content. Fully custom brand copywriting isn't included, but message me if you need it.
