Do I need to know how to code?
No. You'll get Webflow Editor access — you edit text, images, and blog content visually. The membership system (login, billing, gating) is configured behind the scenes. I'll show you how to manage it in a handover walkthrough.
What happens when a member's payment fails?
Stripe handles retries automatically based on your settings. You choose the grace period. Members keep access during retry, lose access if payment ultimately fails. They can update their card via the Memberstack billing portal — no emails to you.
Can members cancel their own subscriptions?
Yes. The Memberstack profile portal includes billing management. Members can view payment history, update card details, and cancel. You set the cancellation policy (immediate or end-of-period). I'll document how to manage this.
What's included after delivery?
