Is this a generic ChatGPT wrapper?
No. Each agent begins with a specific business job, approved knowledge, explicit refusal rules, an evaluation set, and a defined human handoff. The model provider is selected only after those boundaries are clear.
Can you build an autonomous sales system like Crelyvo?
Yes, through a custom offer. A complete system needs agreed prospect sources, APIs, deduplication, scoring rules, cost and volume limits, demo-generation scope, and human approvals. Published packages exclude the complete prospecting system and unsolicited first contact without human approval.
What counts as one integration?
One documented, server-side connection to one client-owned CRM, email, or scheduling system for one approved action path. A second system or materially different action is another integration.
Can the agent work in English and Spanish?
Yes. English, Spanish, or both are included. Bilingual evaluation cases verify that the visible experience stays in the selected language.
Will the agent send messages or make bookings automatically?
Only if the approved scope defines that action, the client's system supports it, and permissions, validation, limits, logs, and recovery are in place. Human approval is the default at customer-facing or higher-risk boundaries.
What do I need to provide?
Provide the business goal, target users, approved knowledge, representative questions, prohibited claims, handoff rules, brand assets, and the integration you want. Secure access is requested only after scope approval.
Are hosting and API costs included?
No. Hosting, model usage, CRM, email, scheduling, and other paid tools remain in client-owned accounts and are billed directly by those providers.
What happens after delivery?
Every package includes source code, documentation, and 14 days of bug fixes for the approved scope. New features or ongoing operation require an extra or a separate order.
Can you build WhatsApp, voice, or multi-agent systems?
Those channels are not included in these packages. They may be assessed as a separate custom project because provider approval, compliance, cost, and testing requirements differ.
