Do you offer physical coins, or just the digital design?
Both! My Basic package covers the custom design only, ready for you to send to your own manufacturer. My Standard and Premium packages include the design plus a full production run of physical coins or chips shipped directly to you.
How long does production and shipping take for physical coins?
Design and proofing usually takes just a few days. Once you approve the final design, manufacturing and shipping of physical coins or chips takes up to 45 days, which covers casting, plating, and quality checks before they ship to you.
Can I order fewer than 500 coins, or a different finish?
Absolutely, just message me before ordering and I'll put together a custom offer for your exact quantity. I also offer an Upgraded Finish extra for Gold, Antique Brass, Antique Silver, and Antique Gold if you'd like something other than standard brass.
What do you need from me to get started?
