What is your timezone? Will we have issues with work overlap?
I am in Rio de Janeiro (BRT, GMT-3). This is an advantage! My schedule has excellent overlap with both North American (EST/PST) and European business hours, allowing for real-time collaboration. I am highly responsive during your workday.
You offer many services (PM, BA, Admin, and more). How do I know which one I need?
Please message me! A 10-minute chat is the best way to start. We'll discuss your goals, and I'll recommend the right package or create a custom offer just for you. My goal is to find the perfect solution, not just sell a package.
You're a Sr. PM/BA. Do you really handle small admin tasks?
Yes, absolutely. I find that solving a "small" problem (like a data load, formula, or permission fix) is the best way for us to build trust. My Basic package is designed for these quick, high-impact tasks. As a contractor and freelancer and I like to do it in my free time.
What information do you need from me to get started?
For a Basic task, please send a clear brief of the problem. For Standard (BA) or Premium (PM) projects, we'll start with a kick-off call to discuss your business goals, current processes, and what "success" looks like to you. For all cases, rich business context/background is key.
Do you only work with Salesforce?
CRM Systems & Salesforce (Sales, Service, etc.) is my core specialty. However, my 20+ years as BA and IT Consulting mean my PM & BA skills are platform-agnostic. I can quickly adapt to other CRMs, ERPs, or systems/scenarios out of my seat bell today. That's why I am not one-industry-focused.
How do I order your content writing or translation services?

What if my project is larger or more complex than your packages?
My packages are starting points. For large-scale projects, please send me a message. We'll have a consultation call, and I will build a detailed "Custom Offer" (milestone-based) that precisely matches your scope, budget, and timeline.
What is your working process? Do you use Agile?
Yes and No. I adapt to your needs. For complex projects (Standard/Premium), I prefer Agile (Scrum/Kanban) with clear communication and fast iterations. For Basic tasks, the focus is 100% on efficient, accurate execution (simple as PDCA). If you need waterfall approach, it is not a problem at all.
What about long-term support or retainers?
I aim to build long-term partnerships. After our initial project, I am available for ongoing support, new features, or strategic advice via a monthly retainer (as per my availability). Just ask, and we can build a custom plan.
What is your communication style like?
Clear, professional, simple, and proactive. I believe over-communication is better than under-communication (I am a PM!). I'm fluent in English, Portuguese, and I can understand Spanish. I will keep you updated throughout the project. You'll never have to guess the status of your order.
