Hi, I'm Jiaming. I build custom management and information systems - employee and HR platforms, survey and data-collection systems, store and inventory tools and internal dashboards.
My background is survey and measurement data, so I am used to forms, tables, reporting rules and cleaning messy real-world data. I work mainly in Python, ArcGIS and GIS/geospatial: batch processing, spatial data and automated map and report generation.
Where needed, I also build custom chat backends and serverless APIs.

Do you build it from scratch, or work on a system I already run?
From scratch by default, shaped around your real process. If you already run ERPNext, Frappe or Odoo, I can deliver on top of that instead - tell me before ordering and I will confirm which is cheaper for you.
Which stack will it run on?
Node.js with a hosted database, or your own server. You get the full source code, a README and a short handover video, so you are never locked in.
Can it handle GPS or biometric attendance?
Manual entry, CSV import and device or kiosk endpoints are included. GPS and biometric hardware is an extra - message me with your device model and I will price it honestly before you order.
What do you need from me to start?
Your employee fields, your departments and roles, your attendance rule and your leave rules. A spreadsheet is enough - I will turn it into the live system and import your existing data.
How fast will you reply and start?
I reply within 3-4 hours, usually the same working day. You get my recommended approach and a clear price before any work starts. If your task needs more time or a different approach, I will say so straight away instead of going quiet.
