Do I need my own server?
Yes - everything runs on your VPS so you keep full ownership. No server yet? Message me first and I'll recommend the cheapest option for your stack, usually $5-20/month, and set it up for you.
Can you deploy my tool?
Almost certainly. If it has a Docker image or documented install, yes. Send me the GitHub link before ordering and I'll confirm within a few hours - no charge for checking.
What if something breaks after delivery?
Basic and Standard include 14 days of bug-fix support, Premium 30 days plus monitoring. You also get a runbook so you can fix most things yourself.
Do you handle domain and DNS?
Yes. I'll create the DNS records and point your subdomain at the server. On Cloudflare I'll also set the right proxy mode so SSL works. The domain stays in your own account.
Is my data safe with you?
You give me temporary SSH access only - I recommend rotating keys after delivery. I never store credentials or keep copies of your data. Happy to work under NDA.
