Which package is right for me?
Our Basic package is ideal for a focused 2-page Shopify store, Standard is for a complete 5-page theme-based website, and Premium is for brands wanting a more bespoke experience with custom Figma design and Shopify development. Not sure? Message us before ordering.
Can I see examples of your Shopify work?
Absolutely! We have an extensive portfolio across fashion, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, ecommerce and more. Send us a message and we’ll happily share relevant examples based on your industry and preferred style.
Do I need to purchase a Shopify theme?
Our Basic and Standard packages are built using a Shopify theme. You can use a free theme or purchase a premium theme for greater design flexibility and functionality. Any premium theme or paid app costs are additional and paid directly by the client.
What is different about the Gold package?
Gold is our bespoke option. We begin with a custom homepage design in Figma, allowing us to establish a unique visual direction before development begins. Once approved, our developers build the website in Shopify and complete the remaining pages.
What do you need from me to get started?
We’ll need your branding, website copy/content, product information and imagery, plus any inspiration or reference websites you love. You’ll also need an active Shopify account and provide the appropriate collaborator access.
Do your packages include copywriting?
Website copy and full branding are not included unless specifically stated in your package or custom offer. We do offer branding, logo design and additional creative services, so let us know if you need these and we can recommend the appropriate add-on or service.
Will my shopify store be ready to launch?
We’ll complete the website functionality and setup included within your selected package and prepare the store for launch. Final launch also depends on client-supplied content, products, Shopify plan, domain, shipping, payment settings and any required third-party apps or accounts.
Do you offer support after the website is completed?
Yes! We offer post-build support as well as ongoing Shopify development, CRO, technical support, SEO, integrations and other ecommerce services. You can also add a personalised Loom Store Walkthrough if you’d like guidance on managing and updating
