What do you need from me to get started?
Please upload your source file (AI, PSD, PDF, or INDD) along with any linked images, fonts, or supporting files. Also include the final trim size and any printer requirements or error messages you’ve received.
Do you design new graphics or layouts?
This gig focuses on fixing and preparing existing files for print. I don’t create new designs or layouts as part of this service.
Will you match my printer’s specifications?
Yes. If you provide your printer’s specs (PDF/X version, bleed, color mode, etc.), I will prepare your file to meet those requirements.
What if I’m not sure which package I need?
