I developed my computer skills through a computer technology high school credit course, where I gained a strong understanding of PC hardware, software, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. Since then, I've continued building my knowledge by assembling custom PCs and helping friends and family choose compatible parts, upgrade their systems, and troubleshoot issues .I am now using these skills to help people online with their PC-related questions, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and sharing my knowledge to help others better understand their computers.
