Do I need to own a domain before ordering?
You can order without one, but you must purchase the domain in your own name before launch. I can help you choose and connect it. Domain and renewal fees are not included.
Do I need to provide the website content?
Yes. Please provide your logo, text, images, contact details and links. Additional copywriting or content creation can be quoted separately.
Will my website work on mobile devices?
Yes. Every package includes responsive design for desktop, tablet and mobile screens.
Is hosting included?
Standard hosting setup and deployment are included. Any paid hosting plans, upgrades or third-party subscription charges are paid separately by the buyer.
Do you build online shops?
E-commerce, payment processing, inventory and shipping systems are not included in the listed packages. Please contact me for a custom quote.
What counts as a revision?
One revision is one consolidated list of reasonable changes to the agreed design. New pages, major redesigns or new functionality may cost extra.
Can you connect contact forms or email sign-ups?
Yes. Contact forms are included. Opt-in forms and autoresponder integration are included in selected packages or available as extras.
Will I own the completed website?
Yes. Once the order is completed and paid for, you will receive the agreed website files and rights to use the finished website for your business.
Can you update or maintain my website after launch?
Yes. Future content changes, new pages, feature additions and ongoing maintenance can be purchased through a custom order. The listed packages cover the initial website build and launch only. Any technical fault caused by my original work will be corrected free of charge if reported within 14 days
