How long does the bot work after delivery?
Forever, as long as you maintain your AI provider API key and hosting. I deliver the code; you control the keys and host on Vercel (free tier handles most use cases). I include full setup instructions.
What's the difference between this and ChatGPT?
ChatGPT uses general training data — it doesn't know your business and will guess. My bot uses YOUR content as the only source of truth, with citations on every answer, so responses are accurate and verifiable.
Can I update the content later?
Yes. You can re-index whenever your content changes. Setup includes a simple script to refresh the bot's knowledge.
What are the ongoing costs?
You pay for your own API usage (Anthropic Claude is roughly $0.001–0.01 per question) and hosting (Vercel free tier handles most cases). Typical small business runs the bot for $5–20/month.
