As a writing coach, one of my most visible objectives is to equip you with the resources and skills you need to edit and revise your own book, saving you hundreds-thousands of dollars on editing costs. But my primary aim is perhaps more important than that; to mentor new and aspiring authors through the tricky world of writing. Sometimes, all it takes is having an ally on the inside that knows where to find connection and resources, and I hope to be that person to you.
This service is for those writers who want to transform their writing from just a hobby into a lifestyle. Through my curriculum, I pass along all the tools, resources, skills, and instruction that is offered in a Creative Writing degree, but at a much lower cost than college tuition. It is designed for consistent, incremental growth sustained over a long period of time.
All sessions are over video call, and all prices reflect the monthly frequency.

What if I'm not sure this is right for me?
No worries! Start with a single session. You can make a one time reservation for the same price as the 1x/month package. If you decide to upgrade your plan later on, I'll reduce the cost of your first lesson from the package total (if it falls in the same month)
What does a typical session look like?
I tailor my instruction to every writer's needs based on where they are in the process and what their objectives are. Most sessions will entail me following up from prior instruction, teaching a new skill, and assigning an exercise that further develops your craft.
What credentials do you have?
- Degree in Creative Writing - Enrolled in a Literary Agent Mentorship program - You can find some of my published work at Sink Hollow LJ - Active participant in 11 creative writing workshops - I have ran a weekly writing group for over 3 years - I have 18 years of writing experience
What type of writing do you coach?
I am trained and experienced in all forms of creative writing from fiction to non-fiction to poetry. That being said, I do specialize in fiction and will have more to say in those regards. But any genre of fiction is fair game!!
