Hello,


I can deliver Macro Enabled Excel file that you can use to submit emails using your Outlook account to your selected clients. 


Generally there will be Two Worksheets. Sheet2 will have a list of seperate email template ID, Title and Description on each row. 


Sheet1 will have choice options to select the email ID that comes from Sheet2. It will show the full details (what the title & Description to this ID has). 


You will then Click on a SEND EMAIL button. It will then open an Outlook Compose Window importing those selected mail details. You will then can send email to your clients.
