Booking plugins charge you monthly, hold your data, and still don't do quite what you need. I build the booking system into your own site instead.
How it works: the visitor picks a service and sees only genuinely free time slots. When they confirm, the appointment is written directly into your Google Calendar - the same calendar you already use on your phone. Block a morning in Google, and those slots disappear from the website automatically. You and the customer both get a confirmation email.
No plugin, no subscription, no third-party account holding your customers' data. It's your site, your calendar, your data.
If you'd rather not depend on Google at all, the Premium package puts the booking system entirely in your own site, with a small admin area to manage the schedule and a calendar feed you can follow from any phone.
Also included: mobile-first design, spam protection on the form, and a short walkthrough video at handover so your team can manage it without me.
Works with any WordPress site. If you use a different platform, message me first and I'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit.

Hi, I'm Tanya. I design and build websites from scratch - custom design, hand-written code, no page builders, no bloated plugins.
Mostly WordPress with custom post types, ACF and PHP templates, or static front ends in Next.js. Clients come to me when a template site is no longer enough: they need a real data model, an integration, proper speed, or a design nobody else has.

FAQ
Do I need to buy any plugin or subscription?
No. The system is built into your site. Nothing to renew, no monthly fee, no per-booking charge.
Do I need a Google account?
For Basic and Standard, yes - the system connects to your own Google Calendar (Gmail or Workspace, both fine). The Premium package doesn't need Google at all: bookings live in your site, you manage them in your own admin area, and a calendar feed shows them on any phone.
What if I already use a booking plugin?
I can replace it and keep your existing appointments where possible. Send me the plugin name before you order and I'll check.
Can customers pay when booking?
Yes, with the Premium package - card payment through Stripe or PayPal at the moment of booking.
Can I block time off myself?
Yes. On Basic and Standard you simply block it in your Google Calendar and those slots disappear from the site immediately. On Premium you do it in your own admin area.
Do you work with non-WordPress sites?
Message me first. The same approach works on other platforms, but I'd rather check your setup before you order than after.
Can I see it working before I order?
Yes. I have a live demo you can click through, and I am happy to walk you through it in a message first so you know exactly what you are getting. Just ask.
Do I own it afterwards?
Completely. The code sits in your own site and it is yours. There is no licence to renew, no account of mine you depend on, and no way for anyone to switch it off. If you ever want another developer to change it, they can.
What do you need from me to start?
Your site address, admin access, your list of services with how long each one takes, and your working hours. If you want bookings in Google Calendar, access to that too. Send what you have and I will tell you what is missing.
