I will create a mel framework that is actually usable

I design monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning (MERL) frameworks that organisations actually use for decision-making, not just compliance. This includes theories of change, indicator frameworks, evaluation plans, and reporting structures for programmes across international development, agroecology, climate, and peacebuilding contexts.

I bring six years of project management and fundraising experience alongside a growing specialisation in MERL and impact evaluation, including short-term evaluation consultancies and mentorship through the European Evaluation Society's Emerging Evaluators programme. That combination means the frameworks I build are grounded in how programmes are actually implemented, not just evaluation theory.
