I specialize in architectural visualization with a strong background in interior design. For over 14 years, I have turned plans and concepts into photorealistic interior renderings that help clients visualize their projects with clarity and confidence. I work with AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Photoshop, focusing mainly on residential interiors, especially bathrooms, kitchens, and renovations. If you need accurate, professional visuals, I can help.

FAQ
What do I need to send to start?
Photos of your bathroom, the measures (a simple sketch is fine), your Pinterest pins or AI images, your budget and your country.
Do I need a clear design idea?
No. A few images you like are enough. If you are not sure about your style, tell me and I will help you find it.
How do the product options work?
I show you 2 or 3 options for each item. You choose your favorites, and then I build your plan. This is why the Basic package has no revisions.
Are the products real? Can I buy them?
Yes. Every item comes with a real link, matched to your budget and country. Prices and stock can change over time, so check them before you buy.
Can you work with images made by AI?
Yes! I can use images from Pinterest, AI tools or any other source.
What is the difference between the packages?
Basic: moodboard and shopping list of the main items. Standard: full shopping list, floor plan and elevations with real measures. Premium: everything in Standard plus a realistic render.
Do you do construction drawings, plumbing or electrical work?
No. This service is for design only. The plans are a guide for your project and are not construction or permit drawings.
Can I get the 3D model file?
It is not included, but you can add it as an extra in the Premium package. Send me a message first if you need it.

As usual, working with Jose on this project was a pleasure. He employs a step-by-step process with plenty of communication along the way. Jose patiently and thoughtfully addressed my questions and concerns as the concept for this design evolved. With his excellent design instincts and thoughtfulness, the final design was both beautiful and practical.

I was very hesitant to entrust my project to some “random person over the internet”..In fact, at first, I didn’t. I hired a local Architect who charged me $700 and did nothing of what I asked. It was only as a last-minute act of desperation that I reached out to Fiverr and found Jose. My only regret...
