Building a Commander Deck is not an easy deal.
You need to take into consideration draw, ramp, interaction, wincons, plans B'S, mana curve, mana base, budget and most importantly, making it all work with the strategy and sinergies you choose!
Before crafting the deck I'll ask you some questions about power level, no-no's, things or cards you want in to make sure its going to be perfect for you.
And to top it off, I'll also deliver to you a deck primer explaining why most of the cards are in the deck, how to assemble combos, and how to overall play it!

I'm from Brazil, 10$ here is worth more than 10$ in the US. Also, I'm just strating on Fiverr and want to make a reputation ASAP. But do not be afraid, if you choose a budget I'll use US card prices.
