My name is Jovana, and I am a Chopra-certified Primordial Sound Meditation instructor.
I have been meditating for 10 years. First became interested in meditation because i loved chanting mantras. Found repeating mantras very calming and replaced chatering monkey mind with it. Finaly my love for mantras became my occupation.
Over time, I have seen and and observed huge transformation in changing belief patterns and also changing and removing conditional habits.
Started to feel more calmer, energized, creative, healthier and happier in my life thanks to the benefits of meditation!
