Get practical help with Windows PC problems that interrupt your work. I provide remote troubleshooting for software, drivers, printers and webcams, with clear explanations throughout the process.
I can help investigate software installation, update or removal issues, driver problems, printer setup, webcam issues and hardware or device conflicts within Windows.
Packages include up to 1, 2 or 3 hours of work and 1 revision. Message me on Fiverr with the symptoms and error messages before ordering so we can confirm the scope and arrange a suitable session.
Remote support uses AnyDesk with your permission. Your PC needs to start Windows and have a working internet connection for a remote session. If it cannot boot, contact me first to assess whether I can help.
Hardware replacement, paid software and license costs are not included. Some issues need hands-on repair; a remote fix cannot be guaranteed for every fault.
Support is available in English and Hebrew. Please back up important files and do not send passwords.

How does the remote support session work?
Contact me on Fiverr with the problem and your availability. After we agree on the scope, we arrange an AnyDesk session with your permission. Your PC must be online, and you should be available during the session. Do not send passwords.
What if my PC cannot start Windows or has a hardware fault?
Message me before ordering. A remote session needs a working Windows desktop and internet connection. Some boot problems or physical hardware faults require local hands-on repair and cannot be fixed remotely.
What does each package cover?
Packages provide up to 1, 2 or 3 hours of troubleshooting for the agreed issue, with 1 revision. The time allowance is not a guarantee that every fault can be fixed. Additional work, replacement parts and software licenses are not included.
