About this gig

ABOUT ME

Hi, I have always written little apps here and there as tools to help me do work. I recently finished a gigantic app called Dart Worx (dartworx.com) that has over 22,000 lines of code. It helped me polish my skills and I learned a lot going from unglamorous personal apps to real deal commercial ready beasts!


STYLE

I like my apps to be visually appealing. I don't like generic, boring looking forms. The UI is very important to me. I would rather create my own buttons rather than use the ones that shipped with the software. Color and sound can also be used as feedback.


FUNTIONALITY

Some of the functionality I can incorporate:

Read/Write to files (Text, Excel, CSV etc.).

Web API calls.

Send emails.


STABILITY

With a background in QA my apps will be rock solid. Bug testing is as important as coding. As with all software, some edge cases might slip through do to time constraints of testing. In the unlikelihood that you do find a bug, I will fix it at no extra cost.
