FAQ
What file format will I receive?
You'll receive your thumbnail as a high-resolution PNG or JPG (1280×720), optimized for YouTube's specs. Layered source files (PSD) are available on request with Standard and Premium packages.
Do you need the video before designing the thumbnail?
No video file is needed — just send me the title, topic, and any key images, text, or branding you'd like included. A link to the video (even unlisted) helps but isn't required.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 2, and Premium includes up to 3 Additional revisions can be arranged for a small extra fee.
Can you match my channel's branding or existing thumbnail style?
Yes — if you share examples of your previous thumbnails, logo, or brand colors/fonts, I'll match that style to keep your channel looking consistent.
What's the difference between the A/B concept and just ordering two thumbnails?
The A/B concept gives you two different creative directions for the same video (e.g., different layout, focus, or mood), so you can choose your favorite or test both on YouTube to see which performs better — all within one Standard order.
